A Comparative Study of Inflammatory Markers in Patients with Alcoholic-Fatty Liver Disease and Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Background: Fatty liver disease has been associated with increased levels of various circulating inflammatory markers. Difference in the level markers between patients AFLD and NAFLD is still unclear. Aim & Objectives: The aim present study was to compare alcoholic-fatty (AFLD) non-alcoholic fatty (NAFLD) also see if any correlation exists enzymes. Materials Methods: This conducted on 70 (35 35 NAFLD) healthy controls. Venous blood samples were taken required parameters (total leukocyte count, neutrophil lymphocyte ESR) function test determined. Statistical analysis done by using Student’s t Pearson test. Results: TLC, Neutrophil N/L ratio ESR significantly higher while count lower when compared Neutrophil-lymphocyte showed no statistically significant differences. There a positive value ALT TLC AFLD. Conclusion: Since marker indicative injury, due importance should be given assessment management disease. Keywords: disease, Total ratio, Erythrocyte sedimentation rate, Alanine aminotransferase
